If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of Dayton motors, Fasco blowers, or any other product from our inventory, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for qualified items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, uninstalled, and with all original packaging and documentation
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your shipment
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of certain industrial components, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-configured motors (including specially wound motors or modified shaft configurations)
  • Installed or used products (including furnace motors, draft inducer venter motors, and other installed components)
  • Products purchased as part of a liquidation or clearance sale

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may use the following template for your request:

Step 2: Package Your Return

Once your RMA is approved:

  • Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all included documentation
  • Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement product once the return is received and processed. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
